Cycle1st Case Study

The Story:

When Cycle1st was first referred to us, we realized we had a big problem in our first meeting: it already launched on Amazon, except the branding material was not up to par. We told the client the issue and convinced him to allow us to reshoot all the product images and handle the rebranding, and he agreed. Since the brand had 19 SKUs and was already live, we didn’t have much time and needed to complete this project ASAP since the clock was ticking. We finished the photoshoot and had our graphic design team rush out the graphic design and update them on the listings. We finished all the visual assets and relaunched successfully; our ad team then took over and did a tremendously good job with the PPC campaign and got the ACOS to 8%. after the successful relaunch, Cycle1st is on course to greater heights within the first year of its creation.

Step 1: Research

Since they have launched on Amazon, we focused on keyword research to find potential longtail and shorttail keywords to use for our product listings and ads.

Step 2: Branding

  1. Photoshoot – We quickly went to the studio, rushed out the product photos, and got them to our graphic design team.
  2. Lineup Strategy/A+/Brand Store: We quickly devised a strategy to highlight the compatibility chart as a primary focus since most other competitors didn’t have a good one. We also wanted to help limit the returns from potentially confused customers by providing a clear compatibility chart that wasn’t too confusing.

STEP 3: AMAZON LAUNCH

-February 2023 Launch: $258.55 USD
-May 2023: $3805.15 USD

We maintained a healthy low ACoS between 8 – 20%.

Summary

  1. We rebranded Cycle1st by rushing out all visual assets for lineup strategy, A+ Content, and Amazon Brand Store.
  2. We relaunched Cycle1st on Amazon and had a very successful launching campaign and the brand continues to grow monthly.
  3. Successfully PPC campaigns using our marketing funnel to build Customer Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion.
